Cold & chilly hotel & room. Not worth the $280 price tag for one night. But out of desperation due to lack of rooms in other nearby areas, this was the best I could do. Staff was fine, but this is an old hotel. Would not recommend for the winter as you must wear your coat the whole time you are inside until your heater warms your room up.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They made a mistake on our reservation yet they kept charging my credit card! The general manager was a real ass to the bride and here party that booked there! The hotel was 70s dated the bathroom was gross. The caulking around the tub was black. Yes, they modernized the lobby to look good but the rooms are terrible! DO NOT WASTE your money!!

There is no question that this is a 2 star hotel. It is old, grubby and basic. That is all fine as there should always be a space for 2* hotels but I paid $183 for one night which we can all agree is a rip off. Admittedly we were weary travelers who came off the highway at 10pm but it is a rip off to ramp up the price. When we checked in on 8/19 the front desk clerk was clearly very stressed and just wouldn't stop talking instead of just getting us a room. The breakfast was basic as expected but I am always surprised when scrambled eggs taste like plastic. Presumably this is some cheapo liquid fake egg from Costco but come on-you are in the middle of farming country. You can't do a deal with some local farmers and get real eggs? Unless you get a deal on this place I would avoid it like the plague. Advice for the owners: get some real food and when there are 5 people waiting in a line to check in and 2 owner/managers in the back why not step up and help out?

The room was clean and the loud noise of the AC/heater fan drowned out any outside noise. The bed was comfortable and breakfast fine. The facility is very dated and the cost $183 is high for what you get.

We came in late at night and they worked with us to get us a room for the night even though we had booked it for the next night because of the time of day and computer system. They were friendly and breakfast was very good. Our room was clean. However the shower never got warm and only trickled out.
