3 times the lady taking our order had to delete the order and start over because she couldn't get it right. (It's a very simple order.) Now... she's pissed. Not our fault... We finally get through the drive threw and back home, only to find the sandwiches are wrong, and a mess, falling apart.
Crappy service.. No one wanted to wait on me. The manager was ringing me out then mid way through he walked away. Took several minutes for someone else to walk over to finish helping me.
This location is convenient to me, but I will not visit again. Standard McDonald's fare, but a manager on site was extremely rude and disrespectful when talking to my staff about a potential visit with my students with disabilities. Would not provide us picture menus. When we said we should perhaps go somewhere else, she indicated that was a "good idea." Will not support a business that will not show respect to people with disabilities, regardless of convenience or location.
CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. I have never once came to this location and got what I asked for. The orders are wrong 100% of the time.
This was the day I went through the drive though, NO ONE at either window took my money for the food I ordered... so I had to go inside to pay. I should have just left without paying.
Very fast service. Nice workers. Bathrooms were a little messy.
Today was our LAST time eating from this location. Went through the drive through today and ordered 5 double cheeseburgers, 3 -ketchup and Mayo only, 2- ketchup, mayo & pickles only, for the family. Simple enough?!
I've been inside the store several times and refuse to go back inside because the staff is very rude, the ignore you when you walk up to the counter, and make it very clear customers are an inconvenience.

I witnessed a lady walk up to the counter because the creamer for the coffee was gone/out. She stood there in from of 2 employees waiting for one of them to acknowledge her... which the never did until she loudly said "excuse me". She told the kid there that the creamer was gone and asked if they had more. The kid reached into the fridge and grabs a partially used small milk container and hands it to her and tells her "there ya go". She asked "don't you have anymore creamers?" His reply... "that's not what you asked for." And still would not give her creamers.
